Reiki Level One is a 2 day course that consists of 4 attunements, to enable the client to channel reiki energy to treat themselves, friends and family. An attunement is a ceremony that the Reiki Master conducts for the student to allow their systems to channel Reiki energy.
The history and principles of traditional Usui Reiki and hand positions are taught. In addition, I teach the following to enhance your practise of Reiki; smudging, cleansing, grounding, protection, chakra system, auras and meditation.
Lots of practise will take place over the 2 days so that you will be confident that you are channelling the reiki energy. A cerftificate and manual will be provided and on going support. All Bamboo Retreat Reiki students are entitled to come to the free monthly Reiki share groups.
Reiki Level One must be completed before Level Two can be taught. Please note that I leave a three month gap after level one before level two can begin.
