I take one to one lessons, where I make contact with your spirit guides to encourage you to meet them in meditation and to get messages through from the spirit world to you regarding your personal development and the way forward. However, the onus is on the student to do the work on themselves. All psychic and mediumistic work starts in the aura and the energy centres therefore, we base every lesson upon a specific chakra starting at the base chakra and working up to the crown. We clear out and recharge each energy centre, this in turn raises the energy of the whole system and aids psychic communication. As well as a deep guided meditation which is dictated to me by your guides and learning how to open and close the energy centres, we try a number of psychic methods and tools, to get a feel for what methods students might like to use in readings or for themselves in the future. Each lesson lasts approximately an hour and costs £25 per lesson.
This course can be very healing, and can move energy blockages and really help you move forward in your life.
The course is flexible and can be tailor-made to the students specific needs, however, a meditation for each chakra is mandatory, you are not obligated to complete all 7 lessons.

Additional lessons for those students who have completed the psychic development course, using sacred crystal layouts to deepen the level that the student works at are available. This is a very deep level of work and the student must be grounded and have done astral travel and deep meditation before.
I do follow on courses for all students who have done the psychic development course in the medicine wheel and shamanic journeying to continue personal development and work shamanically.
