I believe strongly in the use of holistic therapies for both emotional and physical problems.
I am ITEC qualified and a full member of the NO HANDS Massage association, and no treatment shall ever be started without a full consultation.
I am also a Reiki Master and take courses in Reiki and am a YogaBugs teacher and am qualified to teach yoga to children. I currently teach afterschool clubs and will update any new classes on the website.
I am very keen to tailor treatments for the Individual, as everybody likes and needs different aspects of holistic therapies.
I have learnt many techniques to enable people to heal and move forward in their lives and am committed to always learning more for my clients and students.
